This kit has lots of great options for making small cheeses. The molds are compact and the kit is easy to store.

I am a beginner at this and these give me plenty to work with. I can't see growing out of this set but maybe adding on in the distant future.

Very good product

I'm excited to try these out and expand my cheese-making ability. I already home make soft cheeses a lot the very quick and easy/lazy informal way by just heating milk and tossing in some lemon juice or vinegar to curdle it, then strain it to separate the curds and whey, and let it sit on cheesecloth or coffee filters in a strainer with a drip pan in the fridge til it dries out to the consistency I want. Then if I want I can add herbs and flavorings. Now I get to try to create new types of cheeses in different shapes and consistencies. This set came with a variety of pyramid, cylindrical, and heart shapes, a press, and a thermometer. But unfortunately no instructions, although the web site has a picture of some limited instructions. I will just search on Google or YouTube for some recipes. But I think a great value for what you get.
