Delicious!!
As a butcher and a farmer I have been making sausages for 47 years. Decided to compare this to my own breakfast blend that I make. Not. Tooo. Shabby!!! Great flavor. Nice sage hint to it. Not salty. Perfect blend for a breakfast sausage.

Very good flavor
I actually use this seasoning with ground chicken breast or turkey breast. I add some minced fresh onion to keep it moist. The flavoring makes it taste like pork sausage.
