Remote does not work
The remote is not functioning. Have to completely unplug it to turn it off and the pattern will change on its own. For example the green lights will shut off, leaving only red. It also seems to have more issues when itâs more cold and it hasnât been below freezing yet.

Does not support the remote and has no ability to switch on/off
They should stop selling this because the Remote does not work at all. I donât think this unit supports IR remote control. Replaced the remote battery and several other things. Nothing fixed it.Mine is going back!

Item does not function as advertised
The supplied RF remote control does not work with the unit. There is no ability to change the light pattern, make adjustments, or turn the unit off. This is a complete disappointment. I will be returning this.

You cannot set a timer or anything without the remote. Clearly, the company knows and has chosen not to fix it
