Prezados, quando recebi o produto danificado e vi que a troca poderia demorar até um mês, avaliei com nota 1, contudo, o processo foi muito rápido, desde o despacho nos Correios até o recebimento do produto trocado. Todo o processo foi assim: compra no dia 4/11, recebimento no dia 5/11, devolução no dia 6/11e recebimento de item novo no dia 11/11. Parabéns - transformo minha nota de 1 para 10, sem nenhum favor. Respeito ao consumidor traz muitos resultados. Espero que outros clientes vejam este comentário.

It's a nice pot but the handles are defective; there are pits in the finish, which is also uneven in places. For this amount of money they really should have better quality control.Update: I was able to receive a replacement. Unfortunately, it's even worse than the first one. This feels like a joke, dollar store products are better quality than this. I'm giving up and returning this, and will not be buying Le Creuset products again. The last photo is of the replacement. These are clearly manufacturing flaws and not damage.

So for the last 5 years I've been buying my husband one or two pieces of Le Creuset for his Birthday and Christmas. I believe this completed the set he really loves the color Cerise. One day when we had been looking at different cookware to replace our old worn out mixed sets I asked him what would be your pick and Le Creuset was it!!! Their cookware is fantastic it's easy to care for and fills all our needs for hosting Thanksgiving or dinner for 2.
