Plumber was able to use it
My plumber was able to use this product to complete my repairs.

Did not come with both pieces (elbow and trap). Now being charged for pieces that never arrived.
Ordered 2 of these. Order arrived. Elbows only, not a trap in sight. Processed a return, noting that parts were missing. Received a full refund. Weeks passed. Received another notification that because I hadn't returned all the parts, I would be charged for the ones that were missing. I responded and noted that I returned the order was because the parts were missing. No response. Another week passed. Now, I have been billed for the parts that I never received because I didn't return them. How is this right?
