Sturdy every day ring for anxiety
I wear this every day! I'm an oncology nurse practitioner and wash my hands frequently throughout the day. This ring has held up very nice! The slight acupressure on my finger also helps my anxiety and I do feel more anxious when I don't have my ring on. I have also gotten multiple compliments because its quite pretty.

I think the ring is great
I really like the ring. I can only use one arm and hand . I wear it on the hand and arm that I use all the time. I work with my hand and arm all day , by the end of the day my hand and arm are really tired and hurting. The ring really seems to help with the pain and tension with my be arm and hand.
