The information in this book is so valuable for helping others to understand trauma and what happens for them. This book really complements the Janina Fisher workbook 'Tranforming the Living Legacy of Trauma.'_

Enables one to look at science of trauma as we understand. It's great, planning to use with friend whose traumatised. She'll be able to think about her situation without talking. Just What we need

It's quite small, not flip chart size so no use for groups
