We had a new rescue pup we wanted to train to be carried in a bag (we have two other dogs so outings are a nightmare), and this was a great buy. I am amazed at the sturdy quality for the price, and she surprisingly doesn't mind it!One thing I will warn of: this is for little tiny dogs. If your dog exceeds the recommended weight, he or she will not fit. I got the largest size and it was the perfect fit when our dog was 8 lbs. Now that she's up to 10, it gets heavy really fast.It's a little effort to wrestle her in it, but she seems cozy and is uncharacteristically calm when she's in it.Great buy for a giggle and a way to carry your pup every now and then.

I purchased this when we got a puppy. She's a smaller breed- poodle/maltese and Pomeranian. She was only 4 pounds when we brought her home- so I put a folded towel on the bottom of this bag- so she could see out the sides. My only complaint about this bag- is that it doesn't seem to breath well. The fabric seems to hold the heat in. I'm sure that would be a bonus if it were cold out- but we live in Santa Barbara California- so it's pretty warm most of the year. Overall, the bag is cute, and it does it's job of holding my pooch. Although now all she wants to do is run- so we're not using it. If you're dog is truly a "purse dog" and only likes being held- then this bag would probably work for you - at least in the colder climates.

Love it and my Chihuahua loves it. Carry her everywhere. She weighs 5 lbs so I got small. My friend bought a medium for her Yorky, she is afraid of thunder (something we have in abundance her on the Gulf Coast) and stays in it close to Mom at those times.

I love this carrier. What's most important, is my dog seems really comfortable in it. Lily my chihuahua is only 3 1/2 pounds, so it's big for her. But everything is, so I simply put a tiny blanket inside to boost her up. That makes the size perfect, and even more comfortable for her. I have two of these, the other one is for my grandsons chihuahua.

I have a small 12 pound poodle, no way could carry him in this, it is designed wrong, soon as I put him in the whole thing pulls forward from his weight and slides down shoulder, he barely fit in it,it is for a teacup dog or gerbil or something very small and very lightweightreturning ti cuz it is useless for the purpose , esier to juts carry him without the dog pouch than try to use this thhing

Exactly as posted. The problem is not with the item it is that carrying around a small 9lb dog for very long is cumbersome and the strap cut into my shoulder.

Although I love the look in the color, the durability is very poor; it was all single stitched so after about 30 days ever use with my little 4 pound for baby it completely ripped apart.
