You would get a 4 UK. It's 2 sizes smaller for a woman, 1 size for a man. Hope this helps!

Q: Where are these made?

They used to be made in England, but now I believe they outsourced to Asia.

Q: I'm a 10.5 US men and I don't know what size to get?

I was told that they run big to order a smaller size. I didn't listen and ordered a 13 my normal size and they fit great. If you can get to a local store and try on a different model of the 1460 then do it otherwise the common thought is they run a little large. My problem was in the length when I tried the 12 in store, being that you are a half size I might try the 10.
