Arrived perfect!
Bought from preshut and handled by amazon and arrived perfect. Well packaged and no damage or faults on this one. I've only had one broken from this range and sent it back for another which was perfect. I can see how they get broken as some areas like Jacks arm are thin. Very pleased with mine though.

Product arrived but had one problem
Product arrived to the property in a nice box, had bubble wrap and sealed nicely, only problem was that Jack skeleton head and neck had fallen off looked like it was not glued in properly but fixed that issue with hot glue gun. Overall though really good product for a Christmas

Broken
My family purchased this for my birthday, (purchase made in August for my October birthday) I opened it yesterday only to find that it is broken in two places. So disappointed. Outside of the return window now so I am stuck with a broken gift for my 50th. Couldn't give zero stars or I would have.
