Arrived Damaged With Black Smudges
I'm so glad I opened this and looked at it before giving it to my friend for her mom's memorial service. It arrived damaged with black smudges everywhere. Definitely returning it, it's a little smaller than I expected too.

Rough finish quality
Ordered this for my wedding, print quality was not very good, and the cut was rough and uneven on top.

Small and thin
It was alot smaller and thinner than I expected. I should have looked at the measurements. I can handle the small size it just doesn't seem very durable.
