The Jabra Evolve2 75 is hands-down one of the best headsets for virtual meetings and remote work. From the moment you put it on, it feels premium—lightweight, comfortable, and built for long hours of wear. This headset has a wonderful range, and does fit very comfortably and is very lightweight. However this is NOT a good headset for someone who has to use it for the microphone because if it is not plugged in with the USB cord (and the provided one is VERY short) the microphone cuts out very badly within a couple hours of operating wirelessly. The sound continues just fine so there's no indication that other people can't hear you, unless they tell you. (And yes, I have updated the Jabra software faithfully, it's never been dropped, etc etc) For the price, the quality of the microphone is unacceptable.

Love being able to flip between teams calls and phone calls.

The sound is sound cancellation is amazing for office use.

I am on my second Evolve2 75 after getting my first replaced by Jabra under warranty. There is definitely something wrong with the mic/boom on this model. I get constant complaints from others say I sound very low or sometimes they cant hear me at all. It also gets confused sometimes when joining a Teams call and shows un-muted on the USB receiver even when the mic/boom is in the up position. It is a very nice looking headset and comfortable but these mic/boom issues negates all of that and needs to be fixed.

For the most part the headset works well. Noise cancellation is great and I hear the sound quality from my end is great (from colleagues working in Teams). I have 2 gripes: The comfort and receiving calls. Comfort is subjective and may only be an issue for myself who is on calls essentially the full 8 hr day; but my ears are tender after a long day of use. Receiving Teams calls, however, is a huge issue. Whenever I make calls or I join a Teams call/meeting, the headset works fine. Though if someone is calling me through Teams, there's an 80% chance I don't hear the other person and instead a LOUD static noise from my headset. Like blaring to the point I need to take the headset off, end the call, and then I initiate the call with whomever just called me.

I got these as a replacement to my JE75s I got back in 2019 for Zoom calls/ soft phones, and they are the best! I had to get them again! They are the perfect headset for taking calls all day and continuing to listen to music long after work is over.The long battery life is the star of the show. I feel like I only have to charge them every other or third day, as they always seem to have life in them when they are needed.These are perfect for any desktop, whether you are a professional telemarketer or a gamer looking for a wireless gaming headset or something to wear casually, these are the best for the money! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for comfortable headphones.

Microphone no longer working after 2.5 years. Some mechanical issues with the boom arm. It still detects the "muted" vs. the "un-muted" position correctly, but no longer picks up voice. Tried everything. Very disappointed that a high-end brand-name product would fail this soon.
