Sprayground NASA Jetpack Backpack - White

This backpack arrived damaged. One of the zippers was missing and when we opened up the backpack to inspect it, the broken zipper was loose inside the backpack. I tried reattaching the zipper to no avail. I would like to exchange the backpack, but I only have a return option - no exchange.

Great backpack...

I've been wanting a backpack which looks like a jetpack for a long time.This is pretty big and has a large internal laptop section. The inside of the Jetpack is accessed by a heavy duty zipper which goes all around from the side where the shoulder straps are. Inside you will find the laptop section. Also, there is a medium sized zippered organizer section and the main area. It is much like the inside of a hard-sided suitcase which has it's pluses and minuses. This molded backpack is really durable. On the other hand, It doesn't have the give of a vinyl or canvas pack. an unexpected plus about a pack with the access against my back is that I don't have to worry about someone stealthily going through my pack while I am standing in line.The shoulder straps are quite sturdy, glide easily, and are adjustable to wear in warm weather with a light shirt or with a thick sweater and heavy leather coat in the winter.I regret that this doesn't have an exterior water bottle flap and that it doesn't come in black or charcoal gray. It is gray and white and has a nice scheme of simulated electronics and nuclear thrusters.I feel bad for the gentleman who received a damaged unit. I would have been very disappointed had that happened to me. I hope that he was able to get a replacement; I'm sure that he'll be happy with it. I wore this as part of a Star Commander outfit to Comic-Con and got compliments on it and the outfit from security.A successful mission to you!
