After having tried a number of different bags this is hands down the best quality bag on the market. It even handles better. First, this Stong model measures 25" in length, while a competitors model is 29" in length. making the Strong model easier to handle. Also the way the grip handles are sewn flat as they meet the bag body, causes less resistance when spinning. The leather does make a difference when gripping, whereas the vinyl bag works best with liquid chalk. The carry bag this bag came with was as expertly made as the Bulgarian bag itself.I purchased this particular bag because I could change the weight. Which was simple enough to do. What may be a source of frustration is getting the bags expansion pouch zipped to secure the weight. Getting the zipper around the two corners could be near impossible for some people, but I found that Zipper and Snap Lube makes it a sinch!! Luckily, I keep it around my workshop. That would be the only suggestion I would make to the distributor. To supply a small packet of Zipper&Snap Lube or make the suggestion in the directions.

I received the 26-37 lb adjustable bag very fast much faster than to Amazon website said it would come which was great. Being able to adjust the weight is a great feature for the Suples strong Bulgarian Bag. Due to the fact that it's not as easy as it looks so being able to adjust the weight is worth it to me. Please follow the instructions carefully and work up to heavier the heavy weights. And if you order make sure you order the right weight for your stamina and muscular endurance capacity. Also I stretch first and warm up so as to prevent injuries. The bag is well made and comes with its own carrying case 2 DVDs and an exercise chart.

I absolutely love this! I returned the synthetic Suples Fit version for this one because I didn’t need the bands and I wanted a smaller size M/L. Allows me to work my way up as I master the movements. The leather carrying bag is a nice touch and the handles really help prolong the work out. I use it for wrestling and BJJ.

It costs a lot, but it is a high-quality piece of fitness equipment. I would buy it again. I use mine for the exercises shown in Suples video, but also for front raises, curls, reverse curls, and side lateral raises.

Excellent product, you can tell they put a lot of effort in making it. It is also fun to play with.

Got early returned by someone item. Brocken box, cut inner bag, rumble and missing paperwork. This is over $300 product !For full price I expect unused, unopened item.Frustrating experience. Will return.
