I bought a multi pack of these whistles for my self and my fishing buddies to carry as an emergency use item. I haven't had to use it in earnest, but they make a lot of noise with a small blow. I've no doubt it would be heard far better than me yelling. Small and light weight. I'm happy with this purchase. Quick delivery, all in individual packing.

I bought these for weather disasters and emergencies for my family... They are nice for the price, but much smaller than I thought... My 12 year old daughter loves them, so I will keep them... The sound is loud and demanding, if you can blow powerfully without losing your breath... Lol

Bought these for Life Jackets, it’s considered to be one of best whistles available. I have been using Fox40 whistles for nearly 30 years.

The whistle is loud to me and others who have heard it, seems very durable, and the white color makes it more visible in most lighting conditions. It's a good buy for the price, especially in this 4 pack arrangement.

I bought these for my emergency kit's. I wanted to see how loud this whistle, but made the mistake of blowing it under an awning- yikes! I scared myself! This will be perfect in an emergency.
