Tilley Men's Classic T3

I have had a Tilley Endurables hat for 17 years and absolutely swear by it!! Yuppers, my wife and kids have Tilleys too. It has made many a canoe, fishing, kayak and hiking trip over the years. I have fished it out of the water many times...and yes it floats even after I have washed it in the washing machine per instructions. When the hat is secured on your head with the chin strap, the wind never blows it off. I put papers, id, money, and light small items (secured in a ziploc bag) in the secret pocket inside the top of the hat. I have never lost anything or gotten them wet. So why am I purchasing a new one? Well, my Tilley was missing and I finally found it under my truck seat. Unfortunately, it had a rip in the seam and I did not have time to return it to the Tilley folks to get a replacement before I left...so Amazon and 2 day shipping saved my head. Never would even consider another hat. It is worth every penny.

Love the item not sure I like the way the seller failed to explain tilleys sizing instructions so I will distance around your head plus two of your fingers is the proper fit for a tilley. Also don't know if you get a warranty because on the warranty card it ask for a store stamp and signature. However do love the product and am sure it will provide many years of service I wear this item in the middle east and wouldn't trade it for anything else. So 4 stars because of sizing and warranty discretion.

This was a replacement for a lost 15 year old Tilley. Not only were we able to find the exact same model, but it seems to be even better made if that's possible. If you've never owned a Tilley, you will never regret adding one to your arsenal of hats. If fact, you'll probably never wear any other hat the rest of your life!

Great fit, great look. I have received many compliments on this hat. It stays on in the wind, it works great for blocking the sun, and it keeps my head dry in the rain.

Be sure to get the Tilley at least one size larger than you would normally order. I have fair skin and grey hair so I need to shelter my head in something that will protect me. I also enjoy the sturdy nature of the Tilley.

This is the best boonie ever. Their fitting advise makes this a very comfy hat. Keeps the rain off, The little pad in the top keeps the sun from baking scalp and it really breathes. Best ever.

Fit a little large but Amazon took it back and sent another the right size. Excellent hat for fishing and hiking.
