I really dont understand what all the griping is bought practically every camera from nest too Carlo to ring require a subscription At least snap gives you 24 hour viewing free Ring don't give u nothing and nest well nest is a mess! these cameras have a neat feature no one else has. the ability to share your camera and watch other people share theirs now watching parking lots and driveways on a Friday night sounds dull BUT WHEN U HIT ON ONE WHERE THEY ARE PARTYING IN THE GARAGE OR GOD FORBID WATCHING SOMETHING IN THE HOUSE.. Well lets just say I like it ALSO WORKS FLAWLESSLY WITH ALEXA SHOW AND SPOIT. AND AMAZON FIRE TV STICKS I LOVE MMINE I WANT A THIRD AND I dont have a subscription... The cameras boot right on up never a miss or a sleeping camera etc

the name was smeared on the item like it was refurbished, my son a I&E geek spent 3 hours trying to make the soft ware work disappointed Amazon would sell this junk sending everything back again the consumer is fleeced!

I sent it back first it was registered to another person, then to my demise it wouldn't work in my motion sensing fixture. The pro was the seller I purchased it from was very willing to work with me on returning it. If you purchase a used one and it's already registered to someone call sengled directly as Amazon doesn't know how to deregister it or to call it's maker.

these cameras work and are easy to set up and live with on a daily basis

Light and camera work fine. App doesn't and customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Stay away from this company. I can't believe Amazon still allows this on there platform.

I was a loyal customer of Sengled since 2018. Ordered several bulbs. When my bulbs failed and spit their promises to replace them they never did. I even tried Better Business Bureau to assist me but they even failed to respond to them. I submitted all the documents they requested many times without Sengled even attempting any resolution. Buy the protection plan offered by Allstate when you purchase because Sengled's does not honor their warranty. Extremely disappointed and disheartened by this whole process. They are not honorable.

The monthly fees are expensive. You can get other products with the same features without the monthly fee, Otherwise the product is good!
