Not my favorite product yet I can’t do without it
I like the convenience of being able to lay out my vegetables before cooking. Helpful w organization like a tray but because it’s porous it’s better than a tray since water wont get trapped (just wipe your countertop with a cloth).Ease of transport from my kitchen to window ledge if I needed any veges to be dried/dehydrated (before pickling)My only qualms about giving this product a higher rating is its quality.
