Add two tablets, when fully dissolved; hold the button for 5-6 seconds, it descales (removes lime scale build up) the machine.Just wash out the tank, refill, and run a few cups of water through it. Easy as pie!!Truly can save your machine.

The product is excellent and works very well for its intended use. I've purchased several over the years to de-scale our Tassimo coffee make r. No complaints. Item arrived quickly in the box. Everything about the purchase was smooth.

A little pricey but did the job. Easy to use; they dissolve in the tank reservoir quickly before starting the descaling process.

I’m so sad that these Tassimo machines are not being made anymore. This is our second one and both were used when we bought them. The first one lasted us almost 15 years! Crossing our fingers with this “newer” used one.
