We went with a very modern bathroom look at the office. Half of the restroom is corrugated metal and the other in a brushed cement 24 x 12 tiles.The quality on the Classic Series Surface-Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser is amazing so good in act that it prompted be to buy theStainless Steel Classic Series Surface Mounted Seat Cover Dispenser as well. First of all letme say that they look great together, If you are in the market or in need of Dispensers Classis Series makes great products. It’s not cheap like many others we have purchased over the years and it looks very very very high end.Mounting it is super easy and you don’t cut into the wall. Honestly I actually got something that cast 7 times more from a so called discount hardware store and it was not even close to the design and durable construction of this unit. I am very pleased with my purchase. We have over 200 employees running around the office daily and unlike other hardware in the restroom that gets stained after only limited touching or contact …. even after 7 days without wiping it down it still looks brand new. Very pleased with the purchase. Everyone that walks into our restroom loves the look.

We mounted two of these at our newly remodeled office bathrooms and they are wonderful. Open and close easily, hold about 2 1/2 Georgia-Pacific Signature 21000 white 2-ply paper towel packages, and are holding up fabulously. I was worried they might get water spots on them easily, but they do not. Very attractive, very functional and great price. Order this...you won't be disappointed!

Nice product, should of ordered either more expensive towels or figure out how to load the paper as sometimes pull too many towels out.

This unit works with multi fold paper towels and has slots on the sides to see how many towels are remaining inside without having to open it. Keep in mind that it the whole front opens from the top (hinged at the bottom) so it is very easy for paper towels to spill out if you are not ready to catch them. But this is not enough of an inconvenience to warrant taking a star away. It is keyed the same as other Bobrick units so your janitor does not need to carry another key. The unit comes with blue plastic protecting the finish and 2 keys taped inside. It was amply protected for shipping and arrived with no discernible dents. It was very easy to hang, although you do need to supply your own screws and anchors to hang it.

I saved money by buying it like a new, it was in great shape when I got it. It works the way it should. I think it is just a little over priced.

Needed to replace a wore out and rusty old unit and this product was just what I needed. Easy to install and hold the folded paper towels just right.

Doesn't dispense towels as smoothly as id like although the finish is great.

We had one of these in our office that someone broke. So installing the replacement one was pretty easy. We do not seem to notice much difference other than its brand new now. The materials that are used to make this product seem smooth to the touch. ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS TO GO STRAIGHT TO A LOCKSMITH AND MAKE COPIES AS THE KEYS USED ARE CHEAP AND EASY TO BREAK! OR PURCHASE A SPARE ON AMAZON.
