Rockin W Brand Winchester Super-X Shotshell Mailbox

I like this mailbox. However, I have had it for about a year and a half and the paint isn't the most durable. It is very faded. I am going to have to repaint the mailbox. I do love the way it mounts though. My last mailbox was a deer, and it just screwed down like your average mailbox. Someone evidently decided that they needed it worse than I did so they stole it. I won't have that issue with this box, because it is carriage bolted to the post. I bent the bolts so that someone wouldn't be able to remove the nuts, so this thing is going nowhere.

I love it except the magnet on the front isn't as strong as I would like.

Didn't take long for the sun to fade it. The writing it all flaky and peeling off.The door also isn't aligned correctly and the mail person never shuts it. Our mail constantly gets wet from the door being open. Looks nice at first, good idea but a waste of money. Now I need to purchase a new mailbox a year later.

If you want total strangers stopping in front of your home and taking pictures of your mailbox, this is the mailbox to buy!All metal, bright red and brass...a knockout in the neighborhood.One piece of advice, buy a can of clear paint sealer and spray the box after you have mounted it. The bird poop is harmful to the surface without a sealer.This is my second one. The first was formed plastic and lasted only 4 years! This one should be longer lived!

My husband really liked this mailbox (since we both like to hunt. and it was his Valentines gift). As did my sons and most of the neighbors. The only thing I did not like is that we could not get the door to stay closed. We had to do some minor adjustments to the door for this to happen. Other then that i would recommend it to anyone.

Product Came rusted and I've been trying to return but keeps bringing be back to the same page over and over and won't let me send a new product and return the old.

This was an awesome addition to my Dad's farm. It fits right in with the rest of his 'yard art' which includes restored tractors etc. The company must have updated the design because the door now has a magnetic latching system which I think will last a long time. Now the trouble will be keeping the juvenile delinquents from stealing it or vandalizing it.

This is the best present I have ever gave myself. Looks awesome on a stained treated piece of wood and my mailman loves it. Easy to give directions to your driveway also.
