Milady's Aesthetician Series: Peels and Chemical Exfoliation

I have been a Cosmetologist for 25 years and I am going to do AESTHETICS now. so I definitely needed to relearn and review everything I learned in school years ago. I love this book I have read it once and I'm reading it again taking notes. I believe if you need a refresher of peels and chemical exfoliation this book is going to help you!

Very helpful, I’m about to take my boards and my school didn’t get very in depth with peels and I’m more interested in stronger treatments and this gets very specific which I absolutely loved, definitely worth the buy

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE MILADY'S AESTHETICIAN SERIES BOOK "PEELS AND CHEMICAL EXFOLIATION". I AM A LICENSED AESTHETICIAN AND A SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR. THE INFORMATION IN THE BOOK HAS BEEN VERY ENLIGHTENING FOR STUDENTS GRADUATING FROM SCHOOL WITH THEIR AESTHETICIAN LICENSE AND ALREADY LICENSED AESTHETICIANS LOOKING FORWARD TO ADVANCED TRAINING. IT COVERS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW AND HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING THE PROPER TRAINING BEFORE TRYING TO PERFORM THESE PROCEDURES.THERE ARE TOO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE DOING PEELS THAT DO NOT HAVE PROPER KNOWLEDGE AND HANDS ON TRAINING TO ADMINISTER PEELS AND ARE NOT ONLY HURTING PEOPLE BUT DAMAGING THEIR SKIN AND CAUSING MORE PROBLEMS TO DEAL WITH.IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE AND IN-DEPTH, HANDS-ON EDUCATION BEFORE DOING THESE PROCEDURES AND HOW FORTUNATE WE ARE THAT THIS BOOK IS AVAILABLE FOR US.REGARDS, SUSAN WILDER

Great condition.

Just started reading, and my oh my, I think I am more scared to do a peel now than I was before, but only makes one realize that it's not something you just slap on someone's face. From what I have read, it would be a great book for any beginner in esthetics to read.

This is one of the few Milady's supplemental books that is more than just repackaged textbook chapters.This is an amazing resource, especially for newer estheticians, or estheticians who are still uncomfortable with kore advanced peels. If you only buy one supplemental book to the Milady's Standard Esthetics text books, make it this one.

This is a good book. In fact, we bought all of the series and these are great books. Very concise yet contain enough information for an esthetician and those in medical esthetics. I think the cost is very reasnable as well. These are informative and easy read. Recommend.
