I work with electronic devices all day and my eyes get very tired at end of day. Unfortunately I also from time to time have difficulty to fall asleep. This eye mask helped me a great deal. I bought additionals for family members as well as friends who have similar problems. I would recommend this product based on my personal experience.Good things for this product are 1) cloth is software and comfortable when touches the skin 2) the elapse band around head is smooth and comfortable 3) the gel is very useful (especially latest few I received seem to have lot more gel than the first one I bought). The gel is cooling (not cold) to my eyes at the beginning and will then gradually warm up due to our own body heat which has helped ease the soreness/tiredness of my eyes. It also block the light quite well. Bottom line, it not only help with my sleep but also help reducing eyes gatique.

This is the first time I used this product, after about 2 minutes of it being on my face I felt a slimy liquid start to penetrate through the fabric, by the time I had made it to the mirror I saw that the blue chemicals from the cooling insert had leaked onto my skin and around my eyes and into my eye brows. This product did not even last a full 3 minutes. I rinsed my skin throughly and hope it doesn’t start to burn my skin next.

I really wanted to love this product. At first it was great! I only used it in the freezer and never heated it up. I only used it three times because on the third time using it the gel pack actually busted open!!! It almost got into my eye but thankfully I took it off in order to get up and use the bathroom in the middle of the night! I would not recommend this product solely on that! I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone and the gel actually get into someone’s eye!

Great cold mask that is still comfortable. The cloth can be used alone or with the cooling gel pack. It’s very comfortable to use both ways. I’ve tried cooking eye masks in the past that are just the cooling part and they are stiff, have sharp plastic edges and barely rest against the face. This cooling mask is much more effective. It sits in the other mask nicely, while still providing the cooling effects.

Comfortable but not good frozen, it won't bend across your face and it is too cold for the liner. I recommend refrigeration instead. This was more effective and really soothing for my poor, stuffy sinuses and sinus headache.

we ordered multiple sleep masks. this one sits in a drawer; there is NO weight to it. its more a blindfold than anything. The hot cold pack is also very thin. Am afraid to freeze or heat it and have it crack or tear and leak blue liquid. There are better ones available but if you want simple eye cover this is OK.

I get killer headaches/ migraines. Ice on my eyes or the back of my neck is so helpful in relieving my pain. The ice and soft outside are really amazing. It’s soothing also. I use it without the ice to sleep from time to time also!

My son uses this mask at bedtime. The inner piece, which can be frozen, is convienent because it is one piece. He previously had another mask that had two smaller disc inserts to go over each eye. This design is much better.
