Solid sketchbook
Excellent! Paper is a good thickness, pen ink won't soak through to the following pages. Pages are fairly smooth but are coarse enough hold waxy pencils well and the colour is a good midtone for whem using black and white mediums.Cover is a nice material but does get marked/dented easily, but if you're not fussy and like bound sketchbooks then go for it.

Wow!
Bought this after looking at Victorian drawings using white highlights.. Would never compare myself to those guys, but this is so much fun and a really different experience to drawing on white paper. It is a bit flimsy with a thin cover and the pages are a bit thin too, they don't hold pencil well either and smudge easily, but use every other page and be careful with trailing hands and its fine. Getting great results.

Perfect
It is gorgeous! the book itself is lightweight and has a ovely texture to both the cover and the pages, the pages are smooth and tan 9the pictures are taken in a bright light)The pages are thin with little tooth to them but can easily work well with graphite - gelpen - fineliners and even cloured pencil. Awesome book, i love it to pieces & will definatly purchase it again!.

Damaged due to poor packaging
Book isn't covered in a protective sleeve so arrived with an unsightly mark in the otherwise lovely cover. Needed this today, paid extra for this particular sketch book so could have a nice journal as a keep sake. Very disappointed

Product cover damaged
The pages of the book are lovely. Disappointed with the condition of the cover of the book. Seems it has been damaged due to poor packaging.
