Q: When it says Dual Matte, does it mean both sides are matte?

So there’s two parts of the sleeve. The clear part (where the front of the card faces) and the matte part (where the back of the card faces). On that Matte part, the outside is the lighter color while the inside is black. This gives the cards a nice black border while also keeping the sleeves completely opaque. Hopefully that helps!
