Can you wash them in the washing machine and dry them in the dryer?

I ordered these and received an empty bag from amazon. how do i go about getting the product i paid for?

Will size 14 6E-width shows fit in the larger bag?

Has anyone tried the drawstring bags instead of the zipper? Seems like draw string would be easier to pack/open/close.

I don’t have experience with a draw string but the zipper is super easy.
