Not easy to install
Returning this camera. It drives me nuts when a product is advertised that it's so easy to hook up and then something doesn't add up. We unpacked camera and there is no parts list, so you don't know if you're missing a cable until you read the instructions and realize you don't have everything described in the instructions. If you are a bit techy, you might be able to figure it out. I didn't have time for that.

So for me it was pretty useless.
I had to return it. It did not meet my expectations. It has to have electricity, which mine is located so low, anyone could have walked up and stole it. I could not get it 10 feet from the house and would lose Wi-Fi. And I needed it about 20 feet from the house in order to capture the view I needed. Plus you can't zoom in to the video's. So for me it was pretty useless.

Will break after warranty
I had this camera for a little over a year. About two months over to be exact. The waranty is for year and it lasted kust long enough to go over that. The camera failed, and after a drawn-out process they denied any support anf offered nothing but email. Both the quality and warranty of this camera are inadequate.

Great quality picture and setup
Great quality video and excellent software make this a great purchase. Be mindful of the need for a good wifi signal if you don't want to connect via Ethernet. I wonder if cameras with an antenna might be a better choice in this regard. Setup is a cinch and support is very responsive

Worth it!
Things works great! Pay the $5 per month for the minimum recording service. I found that my WiFi upload speed was too slow for the camera. Most WiFi are slow on the upload. Upgraded my modem through AT&T, purchased and installed an extender that for some curious reason has better upload speed then my regular connection? I am at about 5 mps. Crystal clear recordings down my 90+ foot driveway. Night vision is excellent. Motion sensor a bit sensitive, snow will set it to recording. Getting a lot for my money.

Stop Working After 17 Months
I have called customer service 4 times for the issue, Camera just stopped working. The camera is located 2 stories on house. They want you to reset camera which is back of camera and rerun CAT5 Cable to ensure that there is no connectivity issue with cable. Which is not feasible. Requires allot work to diagnose and you might get resolution or replacement pending on approval from a manager as the customer service person can not make those decisions. I'm waiting on a potential replacement, if they come through with that and back their product I will revisit my rating .Otherwise Buyer Beware.

Wished the POE technology worked
I was really hoping this camera wouldn't need an Ethernet hard wire connection since our Comcast WiFi connection was always in the stable 20-30MPS range. Camera worked okay with periodic connection dropouts the first four months but then we lost wifi connection for good one night. Wound up having to run an extra long Ethernet cable through the attic to my wifi router after all and so now we have coverage almost 100% of the time except when we lose the Comcast signal entirely. Probably would have done better and invested in a multi DVR powered surveillance system in the first place but live and learn. Might work for you but leave yourself the possibility that you may need to hardware it after all.

Good camera but needs help
Oco Pro HD Outdoor Bullet Video Monitoring Camera 1080p Security Camera with SD Card & Cloud StorageThe camera does a good job of taking pics and making them available on my Android phone. Several problems with the setup and operation though:1. Minimal documentation supplied and online. No explanation of the two connectors supplied with the camera. Turns out that one is for ethernet you need for the initial network setup. The other is for a 12vdc power supply which is NOT included and not explained anywhere. You need the power supply for camera operation (unless you're getting power via ethernet - POE).2. It DOES support a microSD card but the explanation is wrong -- you need to unscrew 2 screws from the camera where the card can be accessed. The screws are non-standard and require a special tool (which is supplied). The files seem to be saved as mp4 video but I was not able to play them with VLC. There's also a mysterious reset button there. Why?3. Night vision is a problem, at least for me. Motion sets off the outdoor lights which wipe out any nighttime pictures.4. (edit) Video is saved as 244MB mp4 files, so my 8GB drive can only save about 32 files which for me is less than a day. Also, the screwed in tab makes swapping out the micro SD card a hassle, especially since that operation requires a non-standard tool.Camera takes good pics, including some surprising videos!
