Great power tower
First, I just want to say that I did have an issue with my order that the seller I received this from made right in a very timely manner and they were friendly. With that said, the tower itself is great. It was easy to put together and came with all required components and tools.I was just originally just looking for something sturdy for my barbell to do bench presses with. This checked that box and then some. The fact that I can use it to bench press, and then switch over to squats, leg raises, pull/chin ups, dips... It's just great. The tower is sturdy, and like i mentioned above, has a nice variety of exercises.I would say for the price I paid, the value is incredible. I would also say that the my least favorite part of the tower is the grips. They aren't very soft and padded, but they certainly feel durable enough. No dings on my score for this because it's factored into the price point and there really isn't anything wrong with the grips . I'm not asking for better grips, just noting that I think it's the weakest point of the tower. With all that said, I love it!

very sturdy & easily adjustablve
bought for my daughter's house - easy assembly & surprisingly sturdy. The easy adjustments work great with her bench to allow her to expand her gym over time.

Good for price
I got this on sale for about $200. I’d say that’s the price that best fits the quality. For the most part, it’s pretty solid. The backrest for leg lifts is the one aspect that doesn’t match that description… it has a nasty amount of wobble to it, both in the fixture for the rest itself and in the arms that attach to the stand. I can figure out a fix but it’s never something you want to have to do with equipment like this. The bar holder apparatus is great, as others mentioned the spacing is a bit narrow but for me that’s ok, it’s JUST wide enough for me to manage my natural grip. There are also locks to keep those brackets in place, as well as a hinge set to prevent the bar from falling when unbalanced during weight changing. I love both features. I should also mention that they seem fine with moderate weight. Right now I have 180lbs on it and would feel comfortable going up to 200. If you’re going higher than that you probably want a dedicated benching stand. The armrests are very nice too, though I wish they had the same locking feature as the bar stand, as I’ve bumped them off a couple of times. For pull-ups it gives me a bit of shaking, but I’m very large (6’5” 240lbs) so I don’t fault the tower much on that. Both pull-up grips are nice. I would say if you’re comparing this to cheaper towers, get this one instead. The modular aspect to the bar stands and arm rests alone make it worth the extra money. I don’t feel like I’ll be limited to only a few exercises here, especially having a bench that rises for incline.Shipping and assembly were both straightforward. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the inherently wobbly backrest.

Pull up station
Solid construction. Very stable when doing pull ups and bar dip. Great for home workout.

Good
The overall installation is pretty easy, I need some help with some of the parts because it gets pretty heavy at the end. The only downside is the handle on each side, kind of wish those handles are little bit bigger.

Perfect for home use
Overall great piece of equipment! I received a pretty damaged package from shipping and was concerned about opening it and was thinking of returning it, but figured I'd give it a go. It was internally packed well so there was no damage, however the very first step, I ran into an issue with the first bolt I needed wasn't finished, not sure how that got through quality but easily replaced it from the hardware store. After putting it together, it appears mostly sturdy (I'm about 160lbs, I'd say if you're over 200, you'd want to weigh this down, could become unsturdy). There's probably a better way to assemble this then the instructions put it, mainly around tightening everything so that the unit stands completely flat, as mine has a slight wobble likely when I tightened all the bottom bolts as I was building it instead of waiting till the end to tighten (i stopped fully tightening them after I got the first like 10 base bolts tight, probably should've went back and loosened them but was impatient). Customer support gave me a credit for the inconvenience with the bolt mishap and were very responsive which warrants a 5 star review. Overall the versatility and sturdiness make this worth the extra money compared to some of the cheaper towers out there!

Not the best for smaller people
It is simple to assemble lightweight. I don’t feel like it would tip over considering it’s not anchored or attached to anything. The pull up bar is very wide set and with the design there’s no way to move your hand position the middle section where you would do the dips is also a little too wide set for me, and the handles are not welded straight so they bow outward ever so slightly even after switching them it’s still pushing my hands outward instead of inward and closer to my body. The pads are very basic. I feel if you were a heavier person this would break down very rquickly , they’re just a cheap synthetic material stapled to cheap backboard maybe a light water or plastic inside. Packaging caused the back cushion to be dented. Definitely not something that matters for the use but aesthetically looks funny with a big dent in the center of it. Did come with a bench press bar holder, which I didn’t realize when I was buying it so that was a nice surprise. You will not have extra parts so don’t lose any. You have exactly how many you need. But it’s decent for the money I don’t think any of the stuff is designed for smaller people, so we just have to figure it out. I’m 5 to 112 pounds so that’s why these are a little too wide for me.
