Perfect
It took me forever to find the perfect case. This one is perfect. It’s very sturdy nice cover that can be removed. Yes, it’s a little tad bit loose, but it doesn’t matter. It’s just to cover my tablet to protect it from things like when I slip it into my purse I stuck a love handle on the back of this case and it’s perfect in your hand it’s so comfortable you can hold on to iPad very securely and also very reasonably priced you won’t regret this purchase it’s perfect

Perfect case for the digital girlies.
Literally the best iPad mini case I’ve owned and I’ve had my mini for years now. It’s perfect for the people who like to journal/plan and read digitally because you can still get that feel of flipping open a cover but also with the cover being removable you can throw on a pop socket and cute bookish stickers since the back is clear and have a nice little “kindle” moment. Snug fit, very protective on the go with the removable cover feature AND wipes clean with no problem. Price point is perfect. I will 100% purchase in another color and recommend it to anyone who is willing to listen.

Case is very good, removability of cover is great, cover itself is meh
THE CASE:- The case itself feels and looks nice. Its not slippery but because it isnt rubberized, it can still slide down a couch cushion or car seat, so be wary of that. The thickness and corner protection is decent and I would expect it to be able to protect the iPad for a 3-4 foot drop on a flat floor inside. Its comfortable to hold but I do wish it had a LITTLE bit more texture so it was even less slippery.- The lip around the screen is very small but I would be okay with putting this face down on a table, so long as there were no crumbs or anything.- The cutouts for the buttons and speakers are perfect. I really like how well they line up with everything. Using touch ID is effortless and the buttons for volume are responsive and clicky. Also gets rid of the camera bump- The case is itself gets very snug over the iPad. It wont get jarred loose by rubbing up against something. or after a fall.- The look of the case itself is rather boring. I wish the backside was transparent so you could see the color of the iPad come through. But its a black and smokey look. Its not gonna catch anyones eye but it is a very standard dark case look.THE COVER:- For starters, I will say the ability to remove the cover at any time is GREAT. I love being able to use the cover when I need it, and take it off when I don't want it. Thats a 5 star feature in itself.- I knew beforehand that the cover does not have wake integration. So the fact that doesn't work does not factor in to my review. People expecting that feature need to get a grip. Nowhere does it say that it offers that feature so stop being upset that it doesn't have it, especially when its so inexpensive.- The cover itself feels very similar to the actual apple smart cover with the felt finish inside and the soft-touch matte plastic on the outside. It also follows the real apple smart cover in that the edges are very thin and weak and they'll definitely wear over time. I don't like the apple smart cover for that exact reason. But paying this much for a removable case makes it a lot more justified that it will wear.- connecting magnets are very strong and high quality- folds easily and properly for the angled views.BIGGEST CRITICISM: while this is my biggest criticism of this product, I do recognize it is somewhat of a necessary tradeoff for a removable cover. Anyway, the biggest criticism I have is that when you remove and reattach the cover, it often doesn't like up exactly as it should with the magnets. You kind of have to play with it and take your time when reattaching the cover, or else the cover will snap on crooked and you wont be able to close it properly. The one way I could see this being fixed is instead of a smooth back for the magnets to snap on anywhere, there should be some kind of indented or outlined area where you can easily snap it on and know that you have it on correctly.BOTTOM LINE:That being said, I love my new iPad mini 6 and having this case has been pretty nice. I can cover the screen and know that it has some decent protection when I slide it into my work bag, and its nice to be able to take it off and just not have the extra floppy weight when Im lounging around the house. I recommend this case for new iPad mini 6 owners. However, I still will be on the lookout for a rubberized silicone case that will give me more confidence from drops.

[UPDATE] Versatile and a great product!
UPDATE:After having this case for awhile, I decided to circle back and update the review. The case is still great. Held up rather well. The removable back is a nice feature and though I don’t use it often, when I do I’m glad to have it.The only real issue is the face-cover. For one reason or another, it doesn’t sit flush anymore and slightly extends too much. Granted the screen is still covered, but when you notice it you won’t ever unsee it. I think the material simply stretched. Another issue is that with the Apple Pencil Pro (maybe second gen as well) the magnets in the Apple Pencil will cause the very edge of the flap to hover a bit. Maybe half a centimeter. Not a lot. But still, something to note.On the plus side, the removable face actually folds behind the case better, making it far more viable to use as a handle.Overall, I’d still give it a 5/5 stars. It has some quirks but also some unique features, and for the price, you get a lot.[ORIGINAL]Before I get into it, I got this case specifically for the fact that the foldable cover can be removed. If you don’t care for that, there are other options that are cheaper and will do the same thing. With that being said, I love this case. The removable cover is something that I use surpassingly often and it is rather durable. It also has a little indent for an Apple Pencil that not only still charges it, but holds it a little more secure. Not much but just a tad more. To my surprise, even this divot still covers the iPad instead of just being an open slot compared to most other iPad cases. The case itself isn’t too heavy. It’s not enough for me to notice at least.Overall, I love this case and recommend it!

Value
Works great and excellent value. You have 2 cases in one. The front is a little loose but not a deal breaker and the magnets are very strong.Being able to detach the front cover makes a huge difference when using it for reading.

Perfect case
Absolutely adore this case. The floppy covers are great for protecting the screen but they drive me nuts while using. The detachable cover and clear back is everything I dreamed of. Throw a magnetic ring on it for a pop socket and it’s absolute perfection. 10/10 recommend.

ESR is one of, if not the best, as is this case, although not perfect
Always buy cases and screen protectors by ESR, for me they are without a doubt one of the best brands, can blindly recommend anything they do. But in this case I cannot recommend this case if you expect perfection on the front cover. The back cover is great but the front cover is a bit larger than needed and the magnets are a bit weak, although auto sleep and wake still work. A shame because this removable front is this is the best idea for a case for such a mobile device. But their support is incredible, so I which is why I still give this 5 stars
