I loved this product
I loved this product, It helped suppress my appetite throughout the day to get through a strict diet regiment. That I was on with my personal trainer. I am now down 15 lbs, with an average of 2-3lbs a week. Using this as a suppressant during intermittent fasting periods.I am a big fan of this brand, there sleep formula is awesome, along with there day formula as well.Eddie
