Miele Carecollection Silicon Grease for Percolator Unit

lube for full automatic espresso machine.

Exactly as-advertised and precisely the same silicone grease that came with my built-in Miele espresso machine. You could likely use any silicone grease in the brew unit of these machines, but I did not want to take a chance. I don't know if this is "food-grade" grease, but I figured that despite the higher price, it's better to go with what Miele gives you in the first place!

I have tried finding a suitable replacement but this product seems to be the best one available. My service guy says this is the thing that 90% of all owners never do is clean and lube their brew units. Take care of your machines people.

I use this line to lubricate brew unit of my Miele coffee machine. I applied to both plastic parts and rubber o-rings. It seems to work fine. A little goes a long way, so it’s gonna last.
