This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write, but I believe in this product so much that I thought it was worth it. To say that using this has been life-changing for me would be a gross understatement. I have struggled with recurring bladder infections for years. I lost count long ago how many, but I have suffered at least 50, no exaggeration. I’ve seen specialists and undergone a litany of invasive procedures only to be told that “I’m just lucky” and there were no answers. I’ve been prescribed every antibiotic they have for UTI’s and built such a resistance that the usual Cipro and Septra do nothing except make it come back stronger, and I have to take stronger and longer doses of Nitrofurantoin, still with possibility of recurrence. Since doctors couldn’t offer me anything except more pharmaceuticals that could do more harm than good, I did my own research. I found lots of articles online about using D-Mannose supplements. I tried it a few years ago from a different company and it did nothing for me, so I gave it up. Once I again had another nasty bout more recently, I decided to give it another try and bought this product. This is singularly the only thing that has ever worked for me, and there are no side effects! It takes away any discomfort just as quickly as an antibiotic and actually cures it in a shorter period of time with no recurrence. The lack of side effects means I can take a few doses a day with lots of water at the first sign of infection without fear of harming myself. I think early detection is key, and at this point I’m very attuned to what’s happening with my body. I have already purchased a couple bottles as I have run out and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I can not recommend this product enough. As far as I’m concerned, these are miracle pills. They have truly changed my life. Thank you!!!

I have suffered from UTI infections at least 4 to 5 times per year for the past 5 years. They got so bad that I passed out from one of them and then went to the hospital. I remember finishing a round of medication right before my honeymoon and getting a UTI on my honeymoon. I felt like I couldn't enjoy sex without the fear of getting a UTI. I actually considered not having sex anymore ever, even if it meant not being married. The worst part was that the doctors kept giving me medication but didn't know how to really prevent me from getting more UTI's. I was already doing everything that they suggested and more. I know that there's a lot of other women and possibly men that know exactly what I am talking about. And honestly there are times that you feel like if you have to have UTI's all the time that you would actually rather not be alive because the pain is so bad. I am now on my 2nd bottle of D mannose and I have not had UTI (or any symptoms of one) since I started taking it. I also recently read an article that it is best to put the powder in a 1/2 a cup of water and drink it that way and thin an hour later drink a full glass of water to make it more effective. So after sex that is what I do. But to live 100% UTI free without any kind of symptoms of any sort is just so amazing. I don't feel rumbling or bloating in my bladder now after I eat or drink something. I didn't know what it was like top go to bed without feeling that rumbling in my bladder or having to go to the bathroom 5 minutes after I lay down. This product has literally changed my life. If you suffer from frequent UTI infections HIGHLY recommend it.

First off, UTI can kill. My mother fought diabetes/heart disease/severe osteoporosis for 25 years but the last admission to ER due to UTI took her life. I don't like to sound alarming but please take UTI seriously. She didn't know antibiotics can destroy your immune system and liver functions. Now that we know, do everything possible to stay away from it.I had a UTI once back in my 20s. Fortunately, I was infection free for 20+ years. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with Uterus Fibroid resulting in severe anemia. My blood count was so low that the doctor was wondering how I survived. It's a fibroid measured at 7.6 cm diameter. Since the fibroid took most of the space of the bladder, the muscle of my bladder is not able to function well until it's properly trained to contrast efficiently. UTI came back regularly because my bladder wasn't able to empty completely.Antibiotics can briefly relieve symptoms but the infection came back within a week or two. I started shopping for D-Mannose products a few weeks ago. Finally, this product along with the mystery effect of dandelion roots finally cleared my pee two days ago. I had cloudy pee for almost 6 months with some UTI symptoms that I thought I'll simply live with a bladder infection for the rest of life. I even made a theory to comfort myself that bladder infection is a side effect of myomectomy and I must make peace with it.I can not be more thankful to the maker of this product. Hibiscus, cranberry, D-Mannose didn't do much for me until the dandelion roots played the mystery role. I’ve been using for a long time. Easy to swallow, effective quickly, no smell or taste. Great mix of ingredients, you can see the cranberry in the capsules. Offers so much pain relief.
