20 Inch Hardside Luggage

I love the look of this carry on but it's not a 5 star due to couple of reasons. 1. For this price it could have a expandable zipper feature. 2. We travel often so it's not surprising but after a month of use, we have white marks on it.Pros. 1. It looks awesome! 2. Very convenient and very easy to roll. Love the little wheels.

Disappointed. This suitcase does not roll well because the wheels don't spin freely. They get stuck in one orientation and won't correct themselves. Definitely regret this purchase.

Firstly, let me say this suitcase arrived very well packaged. And I could not believe that a suitcase was inside the box as the box was light as a feather (I am a small woman and I could pick the whole suitcase up, box and all, with one hand. The suitcase is extremely well-built, very sturdy, and as a roomie as you're going to get inside for this size. However, there are a few things that make this a "suitcase built in Poland." Firstly, when you open up the suitcase, you will see two zippers on each side that look like they are sewn in wrong side up, meaning that you would unzip them from a side you cannot get to. Secondly, there is a combo lock on the outside with no English instructions on how to set this lock, so it is basically useless. And thirdly, there is a regular lock which takes a key, but the key is not included. Except for these weird and major caveats, the suitcase is great?

I was really impressed with this gem when I took it out of the box. It comes very well packaged. It is in a very securely wrapped box within a shipping box. It arrived without a ding, scratch or mark of any kind. The color is as pictured, a deep jade green. I took pictures of the features I really liked. I didn't realize it was going to come with a built-in TSA approved lock, which is awesome. There's no lock to lose - it's attached! The instructions for setting the lock are on a card in the inside pocket of the case.There are four spinner wheels that work extremely smoothly. They are inset into wheel covers, which will protect them from damage. The handle grips are rubberized around the hand placements, making them very comfortable. The pull-out handle came up and pushed back into place very easily, without sticking or jamming.The inside is very roomy. The left side has a zippered mesh cover to hold your clothing in place, and the right side has cross-over straps.There is also a long storage pocket for small items.This is a very nice suitcase. I received it at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review, and this is my honest opinion. I really love this piece and would love to get the rest of the set.

I've found that having a 20-inch carry on spinner suitcase is almost a necessity when travelling today. The spinner feature makes waiting in long security lines much easier, simply slide your spinner along as you move up the queue instead of schlepping a non-wheeled suitcase from place to place. I purchased this spinner carry on to take on a couple of air trips this summer and am happy I did. I love the bright red color, the soft feel on the handle, the spinner wheels and the nice inside features for keeping all my stuff neat and tidy. It is light as well, which should make hefting it into an overhead bin easier, too. The integrated lock is a nice feature, however we can't seem to figure out how to change the combination. The instructions are in Chinese and a Google search was not helpful. If the seller could include English instructions, that would be ideal, which I why I 'm not giving this product five stars. I have yet to test out the spinner on a real flight, but will come back and update my review if I run into any issues. So far, I think this is a nice piece of luggage. This is a great buy! I couldn't be more happy with the purchase. The color is nice and the quality is superb. It arrived quickly and the packaging was phoneolmel to ensure protection. I like the inside zipper compartment and the sizing is great for carrying on-board. I was very impressed with the packaging it came in. This suitcase arrived in a box, that was placed inside another box, so it was well protected and arrived in great condition.I ordered the red 2 color, which I knew by the picture that it was going to be a pretty dark pink. This suitcase is a standard 20 inch size that would work as a carry on on any flight. The inside is fully lined and all the stitching is straight with no frays. The zipper works great inside and the quality seems to be really nice. The outside is a hard shell to help protect your goodies inside. The handles works great and I love that this has 4 wheels, making rolling much easier. The outside zippers are sturdy just as the inside ones.I highly recommend ordering this suitcase, especially for the price and durability!I did receive this at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review.
