Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Electric Brake Controller

Installed on a 2021 F150. Used the universal harness and wired it into the truck. Works great and looks like it should be there. Way better than the big bulky dash mounted units. I tell everyone about how simple it was to install and how good it looks on the dash

My truck did not come with a factory brake controller but it had a 7 pin plug In bumper and a wiring harness in the glove box. Pretty straight forward install, had to buy the universal harness as redarc doesn't offer one for 2019 to present silverados. It was 4 wires to splice to the harness that came with my truck and install the switch. It's a nice compact little switch and looks factory, I put it in the square knockout panel under the blower speed knob on the dash. Don't have to hit your knee off the old style controllers. Tested them out and they work great, 10 different levels of adjustment. Directions that came with it could be confusing to some people but YouTube land has videos of how to install it. Made in Australia so its gotta be durable right? them boys over there will make a crocodile go night night with a claw hammer.

Es el mejor controlador de freno que he tenido. Lo instalé en una Mitsubishi L200 2017. Muy fácil de instalar y versátil. La operación del mismo es muy práctica.Le puse calificación de 4 porque no trae el conector universal para poder terminar de hacer la instalación, tuve que comprar el conector aparte. Sugiero al vendedor que ponga en la publicación que el conector se vende por separado.En resumen, la calidad del producto es excelente.

Performs amazing. Easy to use and install is simple with being able to zip-tie/mount in any position. Fit looks factory. Feels so much more stabile with a brake controller when towing rv trailers.
