I purchased 2 boxes. One if them was apparently been opened or may be purchased by another buyer who may returned it for some reason. I figured this out because the parts in one of the boxes were not perfectly put together and they were randomly nylon wrapped. Also the nails of that already opened box were covered by wall dirt that can surely tell that they have tried to install them but couldn't. The other box was completely new. Nevertheless, I was able to install them both.

This product comes with all the instruction you need to use install it. Product looks good. it will take just 15 minutes to install it once you receive it. can be used for the variety of purposes.

My sprayer did not come with Teflon tape and after two attempts to install the sprayer without this tape, I bought a roll. It no longer leaked but too much pressure was needed to open the valve on the sprayer. I replaced the sprayer head with a $1.56 Chinese sprayer head from Alibaba and now it is perfect!

The only problem with this is that the water pressure is insane. It could put a hole in a wall. 😂 Needs to be better regulated.

Does the job at a good price.. but the o-ring is wearing out so it leaks if I don't shut the water off.

While the packaging and the individual parts seem good enough, overall this is not a well-made product. The trigger is ultra-sensitive and it goes from off to full-on with nothing in between. Also the holster that was included did not fit the nozzle. The hose itself was very stiff, but I'm assuming that would have eased up after some use.On the positive side, all the parts necessary (in most cases) were included and the instructions, though sparse, were clear. After initial installation, I decided to remove it for the reasons outlined above and am not using it any more (too late to return!).

The product was upto my expectations and was easy to fit in.Only doubt I have is if hot water comes in would it sustain, especially in winter.The outlet pressure is high and you should be keeping the valve half closed so that the pressure would be optimized.

Delivery, packing, parts, and assembly were all great but after a few months the handle started to leak. I added a lot of Teflon tape around the leaking connection and now there is no leak. Fingers crossed I will keep you posted.UPDATE:The handle is leaking again, it lasted another couple months with the Teflon tape. In total it lasted 5 months. :( I think the key is the pressure from the city is to great for the plastic. it would have worked with a shut off that you could regulate the amount of water through the sprayer.
