I dislike the fact that is should have been a 4 pack of mugs and I only received 1 mug!!NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

I only received one mug when I paid for 4.Not cool.

Though these were somewhat smaller than expected, the quality is nice. I will be using them for hot chocolate for my grandchildren. I plan on putting designs on them with my heat press.

Color does not transfer evenly and the surface is not smooth. I wish I could get a refund or at least a replacement but they now have uneven designs on them.

Like the first two reviewers, I felt ripped off that I was originally promised four cups but only received one. Yeah, as a Vine reviewer I get stuff "free" for review, but it is still taxable income and I'm paying the tax on four cups. I see the product description now says "1 pack" but my tax ledger has not been updated.Believe it or not, that SNAFU is not affecting my rating at all. Partly because I suspect it is a mix-up at Amazon and not MAIKESUB's fault, but also because I don't like this cup anyway.The thing I don't like is the "silver" rim. I guess this is a hoop of stainless steel that they rolled/crimped onto the rim of the cup at the end of the manufacturing process. I don't like it because it NO DOUBT creates a place for yucky bacteria to hide. No matter how snug and perfect the added piece might fit onto the cup, there is no way that water/milk/coffee/beer/hot chocolate is not going to be able to get into there, carrying sugar, milk fats and various food particles as well as whatever lip scum. Yech.I ordered these cups not as blanks to be decorated, but because I wanted a plain white traditional enameled steel cup. I would have no problem if the rim had a decorative circle of red or green enamel, but this "silver" hoop on there is not what I want. I'll use this one to hold pencils or something.I will say the craftsmanship of the cup is perfectly fine; it is the design I strongly disagree with.

This review is for the MAIKESUB 1 Pack Sublimation Blanks White Enamel Mug 12 OZ with Silver Rim. We use a lot of sublimation blanks of various types, and our experience has shown some are better than others. This particular set of 12 OZ mug blanks is very good. The sublimation images heat transferred smoothly and evenly, with crisp details, and really vivid and brilliant colors with a great glossy finish. The results were fantastic. And of course, it ultimately serves as a useful mug with a classic camping style that is perfect for coffee, tea, or hot cocoa around a camp fire. And of course, you can customize them with your sublimation of choice, or just use them as simple all-white camping mugs.As with any sublimation project, you do need some level of knowledge in regards to how to do it properly with any given type of blank, so be sure to do your research and follow instructions to achieve the best results.Great set of sublimation mugs.

These are 12oz so are small and would be perfect for sublimating anything you want onto them or leave plain if you’d prefer.I’ve not sublimated onto it yet. The quality of the cup seems great however I only received 1 mug instead of the 4 that was suppose to come.

These mugs do not allow for good transfer. I used sublimation paper and Cricut mug press. The ink is light and dull. Disappointed.

It doesn't deserve one star, but you have no other choice.I only received one mug not the four it states, and it was tiny, no way a 12oz! Very disappointed.
