These silicone muffin cups are amazing. Jumbo muffins bake up golden and easily pops out!

I had bought one some time ago and thought they were ok to use in the oven. A little tricky to carry to and place in oven if not using a pan under. But I got a toaster oven that also steam bakes and OMG these fit and bake up so great and just pop out! I grease lightly no papers!! These make a great size too. A little bigger than my old tin standard muffin pan. Basically taller so you could use the new tall fancy papers. What I really like is using these and steam bake feature results in the best cornbread muffins!! Done thru but never dry…. Yum!! Also great for my dense apricots fruit muffins as they are dense but come out perfect!!

I use these to freeze and bag citrus juice and citrus simple syrup. Easiest for this use.

Easy to use

The pan is of good quality silicone (did the pinch test, no white). Unlike my old silicon pan (which was thicker and had a lip or "wings" on either end to grasp), these are thinner and a bit flimsy with minimal lip. I have to use a cookie tray under them (did not need to do this with my old silicon pan). I do spray the pans with a light oil mist before putting in my batter and never have a sticking problem. The pans bake evenly and make lovely big muffins.

I really like the fact that I can pop out whatever I use these for without having to use any extra release agents like fat or oil sprays. They have been used at least twice a week for the past few months and so far no breakdowns, rips, or tears. Only issue I did have was trying to wash in my dishwasher top rack, as it wouldn't get everything clean-switch to bottom rack and its spotless now. I have also started to use this as an ice cube maker and they are prefect circles for keeping dishes cold and adds to whatever I am trying to keep cold.

Besides using for baking I use them to freeze individual portions of leftovers. Store in a plastic bag and defrost and use individual portions.

Love the size and how easy muffins and egg bites are to remove from the pan. Clean up is easy - no sticking, no edges for food to get caught in. I just put them on a cookie sheet to make them more stable to move in and out of the oven. Great purchase.
