The Best company and product i have ever used.I mainly appreciates there service and product.I am a student in foreign and maybe due to some volatage issues in my place there was some noise issue in the mixer after 1 yr of usage.I contacted the company and i was shocked about the service. without giving an excuse they offered replacement of the product and within 5 days i got my product replaced with a brand new one. Free of cost💥On my experience till now, it's the best mixer at this price and user friendly.

I purchased the Cook Well Juicer on January 2, 2025, and have been using it regularly since. It’s incredibly simple to operate and works quickly, which makes it perfect for my daily routine — whether I’m making a quick juice, smoothie, protein shake, or grinding seeds, it gets the job done efficiently.Although the unit broke down once, I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The Cook Well support team was prompt, courteous, and replaced the product without any hassle. They even followed up to ensure the replacement was working well, which really impressed me.Overall, I’d say this juicer is well-suited for people with similar needs. It’s not overly fancy, but it’s reliable and does exactly what I need. If it ever needs replacement again, I’ll gladly buy the same model. Highly recommended!

When i was looking for Mixer Grinder for making Smoothies, found this after searching and reviewing. Budget friendly. value for money with multiple jars. Easy to storage due to its size. Working well, no burning or plastic smell after few days.Very Good Customer Care Support:After 1 year of usage, the wet jar blade got little crack inside the blade, Here comes the Real deal,Contacted Customer Care Support via WhatsApp Chat, They Responded within 15 to 20 mins.Asked me to share purchase bill and few photos of product. that's it. no more questions asked, They Sent me the Replacement within few days. Really Amazed by there Support response.Really Recommend this product and Cookwell Company.

Writing this review after 6-7 months of usage.The mixer and grinder are extremely sturdy and durable, particularly in terms of usage.The grinder works well when it comes to grinding wet or dry food items.Both are compact, safe to use, and easy to carry as well.I have used it to prepare purees, curry bases, dry masala powder, juices, etc.The product is nice, and when I initially got it, I was not expecting this kind of performance and durability.Appreciate the after-sales customer service, which is commendable, and the prompt response from the team (the individual who handled my query ) is highly commendable. I had an issue with one of the blade sets, and the customer support, the follow up and all the information from the team were helpful and beyond my expectations.They quickly replaced the blades as the product is under warranty. Again, this kind of prompt response and helpful after-sales service is much appreciated from my end.

Great product with excellent customer service!I initially loved this blender – it worked really well and was perfect for my daily use. However, after a few months, it suddenly stopped working and there was a burnt smell coming from it. I was a bit disappointed at first, but since the product was under warranty, I contacted the seller. To my surprise, their customer support was amazing – they quickly responded and arranged a replacement within a week. I received a brand new blender and it's working perfectly now. Really impressed by their prompt service and support. Highly recommend this product and seller!

This is probably my 1st review on Amazon. And while the product is good ( I will come to that), this review is being written to commend the prompt customer service for an issue I faced with the product. I have been using the product for more that a year on a daily basis. It really does its job well (as claimed in the product features), is compact (saves counter spaces vs large mixer grinders while doing their job) and I have recommended this product to my family and friends too (all good feedback so far). Within its warranty period, the plastic knob (to turn the mixer on) cracked. I thought, that's it, I will not get a replacement part and I cant even switch it on without this small piece of plastic! Thankfully I had the good sense to check the warranty and contact Cookwell's customer service. I thought being a small part of a small appliance, they might shrug off the spare part request. However I was very pleasantly surprised when they shipped a few extra spare knobs to be within the week of the request and even sought follow up feedback if I had received the same and the mixer was working well! I have not seen this dedication in customer service for even large kitchen appliances from well known brands and outlets. Hence the motivation to post my 1st review on Amazon and commend the Cookwell team on a delighting their customer. I hope I continue to see similar customer service response beyond the warranty period and other brands learn a thing from their team.
