Reviewing product for the 3rd time. The headphone sound has always been fantastic. The only issue I ever had was when one of the earpieces broke off after 4 months. It took me a while to get the correct support to get the headphones replaced, but I finally got help from a representative the immediately took ownership of the situation and sent me a replacement headphone set. I am a happy happy camper. THANK YOU!

It falls apart
This was the third or forth time I bought this product. It doesn't last long at all. The headphones falls apart in a matter of months.

Ncredible Sounds
Just received. I love the Ncredibles or Beats due to sound quality and durability. Made very well. Beats die after about a year and a half but I've owned a few Ncredibles and they last forever. The pairs I've before were lost. All of my Beats died on one ear or the other and sound is just mediocre.

Decent sound, Poor construction
I bought the headphones September 2017. They're already falling apart. Hopefully someone can contact me and let me know if there is any type of warranty to replace the headphones I have. I know how important ratings are for sellers so even though I'm not very happy with the product your service has been great to this point.

They are compact, not bulky looking, & loud with just the perfect amount of bass!!!!
Ive had these headphones b4 when the actual radio shack store was still in buisness and theyre still as awesome now as when i purchased them then!!!
