Interestingly enough I am wearing the vest as your question came in. I weigh 210lbs and it fits me well. It has adjustable straps on not only the sides but also the connector snap so it should fit you, HOWEVER take note that it depends on how big your stomach may protrude and how high your stomach rises. This type of vest (mid level) is best for bigger bellied ppl as it comes to just about level with the rib cage, but certain exercises tend to bring the belly upwards. If you're going to use it for walking predominantly you should not have any problems.
