It was new. It's for a 3DS XL. Paid more than it was worth. Head phones had only big ear buds. My child couldn't get them in his ears.

Great deal and every accessory my daughter could have needed! This was a great compliment to the 3DS XL she got for her birthday!

I got this for my boyfriends little brother and he seems to like it

I bought the black version in August of 2016. I started using it around the end of September into October. The breakdown:- The individual game cases are great.- The case is great (I don't use the wrist strap). It doesn't have a lot of padding, but it's solid, slightly flexible, has a pocket on one side and the other has elastic straps to hold the game system in. The outside is water resistant, and even though my nails usually scratch everything I own, I haven't left a mark on this.- The screen covers are great- fits well, are clear, and seemingly strong, as I don't have a scratch on mine.- The styluses work well, don't create scratches on my screen.- I've only really used the headphones in the last couple of weeks, and even though they feel easily breakable they work fine and I don't have audio issues with them.The charger worked for about a month or two, then stopped working. May as well buy the official charger (I did).
