Best way of making jam
I love this sugar/jam combination. It is half the sugar of the british version and I've never had it fail. I have made ginger lime pineapple jam and cranraspberry jam with it and everyone loves it

Yummy !!!
Makes the best jelly and it's so easy to use. Little over prized for what it usually costs in Germany but worth it. So happy I found it on amazon!

Amazing!
This product is sold in Germany - that's how they make jam and jellies, etc. This particular one uses half the amount of the usual sugar amount, which is a good thing! Of course, it is a bit expensive, but it is so very easy to make preserves with it - and foolproof. A real joy, I can't say enough good things about it. Why don't American manufacturers pick up on this?Try it, you will love it!

Great for Jam/Jelly
I wanted to make my own jam, similar to what I was used to my mom making when I grew up in Europe. This is what you need if you don't want to mess with adding pectin to regular sugar, pretty much error proof. They make these sugars in 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 varieties, so you have to just decide which one best suits your needs and measure the fruit properly compared to the amount of sugar. I was planning to use 1:2 ratio (twice the grams of fruit compared to the grams of sugar), which was the only one I could find on Amazon. This 1:2 ratio product made the jam taste great as it's not too sweet, and not too tart. I tried both strawberry and blueberry jams with this and they came out great, nice consistency, nice flavor. Will definitely buy this product again when I reach my last jars.
