YXQ 100x100x70mm IP65 Waterproof Enclosure Electrical Junction Box w Holes Project Case Square White ABS

I'm using this box for an electronics project. It is quite roomy and I like the rubber access plugs on the sides. Using hot glue I put LEDs inside them and when they light up, the rubber plugs act as a diffused cover which lights up uniformly, from the inside. The box itself is strong (easily survives drops) but easy to drill. The only issue is the price, but maybe it's not too far out of line with other "project" boxes of similar size.

It will work for me. It is a bit on the flexible side and I would give it five stars if it was a little thicker.That being said, I am happy with it and would buy it again for the $37 I paid. It has a rubber gasket. For a higher price, I would want it to be thicker. You can see in my photo how it is buckling. from the cable weight.

I got the small 50mm round junction boxes -- Ideal size for low voltage junctions, small, white paintable, sturdy plastic (like ABS/PVC schedule 40). Used a dozen of these to junction PoE runs to IP outdoor camera headers (the RJ45, power and reset), and these boxes sealed well. May drop a dab of silicone here and there to seal cable entry points for a few of them.

The one I received had 2 holes each side , wanted it with 1 hole cross from one another, then 2 holes each side ...

This is just a little bit bigger than a silver dollar dont buy

I am thoroughly satisfied with this waterproof electrical enclosure. I needed a larger size square electrical box to facilitate the installation of an LED outdoor motion light on the fascia of my home. The box had to be of sufficient size to accommodate the outside diameter of light's mounting base. This item had a wide range of sizes to choose from, so I was easily able to pick the correct size to complete my installation.

Easy to modify and it is very sturdy
