Is this clock ok outside and waterproof

This clock is specifically made to be outside with no covering required, it can go in any normal location, both the dial and movement are sealed with rubber gaskets to keep moisture out and work in all weather conditions.

It lights up Orange yellow (amber). Love this clock. In fact purchased two.
