I used to have bubble waffle in Hong Kong, and this is one of my childhood memories, Now I can make my own! There are many recipes online! Highly recommended !

My son is very fussy eater, but loves ‘puddle waffles’ from Liverpool. Sadly we live about 2 hours away, so a weekly visit isn’t going to happen.This is a fab little machine, cooks quickly, evenly & cleans easily inside. Overspill isn’t so easy but not enough to put me off buying again.Don’t overfill the irons, I use a scotch pancake recipe which is better than those in the instructions, but it’s about personal choice.I will be gifting these machines to friends, so yes, I’d definitely recommend, enjoy!

I purchased this as a gift. Unfortunately when the item arrived I found it was fitted with a US plug with a separate travel adapter included in the box. This was not mentioned in the listing. After a quick check online I also found it is also illegal to sell electrical items in the UK without the correct plug:"All domestic electrical appliances sold in the UK are required to have a BS1363 plug or conversion plug fitted. (With the exception of equipment designed for use with a BS 4573 shaver socket.)Online sellers often ignore the regulations and illegally supply equipment fitted with EU plugs. If an electrical appliance has an EU or other non-UK plug, it must be fitted with a conversion plug. The conversion plug must enclose the non-UK plug and it must be designed so that it can only be removed by using a tool. An adaptor is not a suitable replacement for a conversion plug"Returned for a refund.

Great value .

Unexpectedly the electrical plug has not been replaced with a UK plug. Instead an adaptor was provided.In safety point of view, the Earth connection was compromised with this provision which causes me a concern when using this cooking device (a waffle maker). DIY is needed ?! Sad!

Broke after a few months of use. One day just wouldn’t heat up. Also difficult to keep clean so would not recommend.

Faulty - fell apart

It's messy cooks uneven and a total nightmare to clean.

My grand kids love these waffles! I’m testing recipes and stuffings and so far, it does what it claims.

Dieses Waffeleisen macht uns allen großen Spaß! Die Bubbles sind einfach mal was anderes und sehr lecker. Rezepte liegen bei. Einfach zu bedienen und die Waffen sind sogar von den Kindern herzustellen. Fetten, befühlen, einmal umdrehen, kurz warten - lecker!

I’ve only used it three times but seems good so far. I’m struggling to find a good gluten free recipe that cooks up well though. I used regular pancake mix the last time because the kids begged for some, and it turned out good but not authentic tasting of course. One of the little foot knobs was missing so it can be a bit wobbly on one side but not enough to annoy me.
