Good for DIY Cleansing oil
It's has been 1 year since I am using this Purenso HCO PEG-40 for making a simple oil to milky cleansing oil and honestly it works good if you mix a non comedogenic carrier oil with this PEG-40 with proper mixing ratios.Overall it's good
