Does a great job
This item showed up and has been a great addition to my kitchen as I have gotten into making sour dough round bread which can get a crust that other knives have found difficult to cut. So far so good with this one.

Be Aware, These Are Factory 2nds
My knife arrived with a gouge in the handle and "2nd" stamped in to the blade. At the time of this review (and obviously when I purchased the knife), this was not described anywhere in the listing or shown in the picture. Nice knife otherwise, and I would likely have bought it anyway at the severely discounted price, but this was misleading. My overall rating reflects this false advertising. The knife itself is great.
