Good sturdy material with long lasting velcro. This is my third purchase of the same item. I wear it every day to relieve pressure on my shoulder and upper arm muscles.

I'm not sure if it works or not
The velcro isn't very good on this. It fell off my arm earlier and it was on tight. Maybe too tight because it hurt my arm worse. I'm not sure if I will keep this or not.

They're effective.
I bought these based on other folks reviews, in order to help with my upper arm pain. I wore them for about a week, and did get some relief from wearing them. But I think I may have put them to tight around my biceps, because after a few days, I got a rash, and it itched alot. So I stopped wearing them for a few days before wearing them again. I decided to keep them for future use.
