A Wonderful Surprise
I love Blue Angel products. The first artist of their's of which I fell in love with was Lucy Cavendish. I've always seen the artwork for Toni Carmine Salerno and found it to be so beautiful, but I was often afraid it would be all beauty and no substance.Till one day I bought his Gaia Oracle and it was the first time where I had complete beauty and complete accuracy in a card deck before. So soon after I bought Universal Wisdom, Blue Angel, Wisdom of a Golden Path, and Ask an Angel.Some of Toni's decks are easy for me to connect with but the Ask an Angel and Universal Wisdom Oracle Cards have been the one's slowest for me to work with. One day I simply decided to shuffle the cards differently, and for whatever reason this is what I needed to have happen to make the communication click.Since my new way of utilizing the Ask an Angel deck, these cards (pulled either one or 3 cards daily) have been extremely accurate in answering a question... as well as Toni's Gaia Oracle deck.PROS: This is a simply beautiful deck of large cards and mostly drawn, color penciled, artwork- which is different from some of the artwork in his other decks. Each card is represented by:1) One of the 28 types of Angels. Some of the angels are repeated on other cards, but the cards all have different divinatory meanings associated with it. Some of the meanings are Music, Forgiveness, Intuition, Conflict Resolution, The Shadow Self, Heaven and Earth, Clarity, Peace, Passion, Sexuality, Hope, Color Healing, Stillness,etc.2) There is an Angel dictonary at the back of the book that will tell you what each angel represents or their domain is.CONS: Really, there isn't much cons with deck except for one:1) The card meanings are deeper than what the card title represents. This can work to one's advantage though as you can use the titles as superficial knowledge into the situation being inquired. However, this gets tricky if you're using this deck in a fair unless you've been using this deck almost everyday and know the long, detailed, card meanings by heart.I do enjoy this deck that much more when its been working for me as of late! I love this deck for 1 card daily draws and even 3 card daily draws. There are 6 spreads included in the LWB, which includes a one card spread.
