Perfect for a Snow Village collection!
Amazing detail and affordable price! Was $30 cheaper on Amazon than at local Christmas store. Love Dept 56 and I add at least one piece to my collection every year. This special edition was perfect since our daughter's name is Charlotte (Charlie). Very cute piece and perfect addition to the collection.

An unexpected suprise
I actually received it before it was expected which in itself was a nice surprise. But then when I opened the box there was a small gift inside a set of trees to add to my village. It was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Small but beautiful
This store has a small footprint, which I really love. I look forward to adding similar pieces so that I can create a town-square type look for my village. The detail work is amazing. The little boy out front of the store even has a face painted on even though you can't see it with the way he's positioned on the store! Just one word of caution - be careful with the removable Chocolate sign when you're taking the building out of the box! Mine fell out and broke into two pieces on the floor. This is a discontinued model, so Department 56 was unable to sell me another sign. For now, it's glued back together with a hairline crack.
